When pigs fly...

Here I am, my first "official" post. Yes, I said many times I would never ever have a blog. Many people will be thinking (or saying) "Ha!! I knew she'd have one eventually". Well, the pigs must have been flying overhead today, because I'd been thinking about it for a while......contemplating......weighing the pros & cons.....do I have the time.....I could post my design team stuff in another place other than SCS.....all that work.....people would (hopefully) leave comments.....

In the end I couldn't resist. I always did have to be like everyone else!!

I started stamping about 2 1/2 years ago. I tried to make my mom a Christmas card. She still has it. I never did take a picture of it (ick) but here is the very first card I uploaded to SCS (Splitcoast Stampers, THE best stamping website out there!)

Ok, not bad. I found SCS January 1, 2006 & I finally started a gallery that March. So I'd only been stamping for about 3 months. Here's the card I posted to my gallery today, almost 2 1/2 years later....

I hope I'm improving as time goes on!! I have learned *everything* I know on SCS, it's a great site with great forums & a great gallery. My only complaint is that I never get anything else done!!!!

Hello everyone & welcome to my blog!! I said I'd never ever have one. I said I didn't have time for one. I said I'd have nothing to say. Well, I always have something to say, & although I still don't think I'll have the time, I'll just have to forgo some sleep ~ when you already get too little sleep, what's a few minutes less??
