Wow!! I am so sorry for the lack of posts!! Seems we are busier than ever, trying to squeeze in the last bit of summer into these next couple of weeks before school starts!! We've been school shopping (& more school shopping, & more school shopping), to the beach, to various birthday parties & play dates, to the library......guess I'd better get used to it because we'll be even busier when school starts. My husband is still working 2nd shift, which means it's up to me to cart the boys around to their various activities!
Anyway.....on to the card. This was supposed to be for last week's Friday Sketchers.....but OOPS!! Missed it!! A day late & a dollar short....story of my life :)
Since it's feeling like fall here lately, I decided to make a card using this adorable High Hopes stamp, Guard Duty Rudy. There are two versions....one's a bit smaller than the other...which is the one I used here (the card is 5.5 x 5.5 to give you an idea of the size). I colored him with Prismas & gamsol, & once again sprayed the image with Caramel Apple Glimmer Mist when I was finished. The sentiment is from Whipper Snapper.....I used my new Martha leaf border punch.....the papers are SU's Chocolate Chip & Fancy Pants All Fall. I had to move the sentiment to the corner....on the FS sketch it was on the side of the image...but it didn't fit...but since I was late it doesn't really matter, does it? LOL!
Close up of Rudy.....
Well that's it, short & sweet. I need to make some Zucchini Pineapple bread....oooo....maybe that will be next week's recipe.....then get Michael ready for yet another birthday party. Tonight he gets to go golfing! That kid's social calendar is way more full than mine!!

Great Fall colors and I like the colors you used for the image, too.
Isn't it amzaing what social activities kids have today? It seems like all I ever did was play with friends in the yard. LOL! But at least, they are having FUN and are ACTIVE, right!
Love, Love your card. Great fall card! That image is oh so cute and how you coloured it...just perfect!
